NMA Authentication Screens

- NMA update password - V1 - This screen would show after the user clicks on the "reset password" link from their email, and after successful form validation on this screen, the user navigates directly to Step 1 of the NMA after seeing a "toast" success message is shown for 5 seconds, disappears, then at 6 seconds the user is navigated automatically to Step 1 of the NMA. We could also explore a confirmation modal after successful Update Password form completion before the user navigates to Step 1 of the NMA.Current Final Design

- NMA enter email > login or create an account screen - V4 - Moved the "retrieve password" alert from the Login view over to the Create Account view, where it makes more sense (keeping the "retrieve password" functionality in both places. Removed the readonly email fields, and instead added validation at the point of Create Account to tell the user that they entered an email that is already on file, with a link there to "retrieve password".
