  • Curriculum Vitae: Upload a current curriculum vitae or resume with referred publications highlighted.
  • Self-Statement: In a short statement, please detail how you have achieved the APA criteria and your divisions’ criteria for Fellow Status. The APA Fellows Committee is specifically looking for evidence of unusual, outstanding, significant, and extraordinary contribution(s) or performance in the field of psychology on a national and/or international basis. Please make sure to delineate the national and/or international impact of your contribution(s).
  • Supportive Document: Upload any other documentation to support your application (optional).
