Person Search
First, select a Person Info option to
see relevant search fields. Then, submit the form to search for the person.
Board/Committee Search
Select one or more Board/Committees to view the members. You can filter the results for members that are Chairs, and optionally which year they were Chairs. In the results table, you can edit a person's Currently Serving status, Chair Year, Begin Term date, and End Term date or view their profile. Note that to add or remove a person from a specific B/C group, you should visit the Boards/Committees page and go to the specific Board/Committee you wish to manage.
Council of Representatives Search
Select one or more Council groups to view the members. You can filter the results for a year in which they served on the Council group(s). In the results table, you can edit a person's Currently Serving status, Begin Term date, and End Term date or view their profile. Note that to add or remove a person from a specific Council group, you should visit the Council page and go to the specific Council group you wish to manage.
General Instructions
You can single select/click any
Full Name cell to add the person to the
Email Recipient List. Or, after searching and filtering,
select all names shown on the table as Email Recipients by
selecting the
SELECT ALL ON SCREEN button. You can then
deselect all the Email Recipients on the screen by pressing
the button again, now shown as
DESELECT ALL ON SCREEN.
You can drag-and-drop reorder the columns (all but the "Full
Name", "Currently Serving", and "Actions" columns), or
hide/show specific columns with the
"Column Visibility" button.
You can search the entire table's data with the top search
bar, or use the bottom individual column input fields to
search a specific column's data.
