Elected & Appointed Leaders Database - Search
This database allows you to search by person, Board/Committee Group, or Council of Representatives Group for both currently and previously serving members. You can then create a sublist of members to email them through the application or export the email recipient list to Outlook to email them from there.
If you are looking for active election data, you can find that in the APA Elections Portal.
Single select/click any "Full Name" cell to add the person to the Email Recipient List. Or, after searching and filtering, select all names shown on the table as Email Recipients by selecting the "SELECT ALL ON SCREEN" button. You can then deselect all the Email Recipients on the screen by pressing the button again, now shown as "DESELECT ALL ON SCREEN".
You can drag-and-drop reorder the columns, or hide/show specific columns with the "Column Visibility" button. Note that as you change the columns, the first column will always be "clickable" to select/deselect the Email Recipients.
You can search the entire table's data with the top search bar, or use the bottom individual column input fields to search a specific column's data.
